Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returns must be back to our stores location within 15 calendar days of the date received NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Buyer pays return shipping
  • Ship items : 440 Alexander Rd, Stephenville, Tx, 76033
  • We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we receive your return and approve the return. 
  • Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means unworn, unwashed, odor free, pet hair free, and MUST not contain any markings from deodorant, make-up, ect in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item(s) and customer is responsible for cost of shipping.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS/UPS customer service team so they can assist you. 
SALE Items
  • Sale items and accessories (all jewelry, belts, wild rags, cards, hats, all smell good items, bags, keychains, mugs, hair accessories, flyswatters, card holders, wallets, and bodysuits) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. All shoes are accepted for exchange only. We will not offer refunds for shoes. 
Late of Missing Store Credit (if applicable)
  • If you haven't received your refund(store credit) feel free to contact us immediately so we can resend it to you. 
Damages and issues
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment, ALL tags must still be attached.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept cancellations on orders.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item quickly is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.A new order must be placed to ensure the correct sizing is available.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
